I’ve been with IntegrityPlus for several years at this point, and for good reason. They genuinely look out for their clients by providing the best working conditions and pay rates. I’ve never had any issues with an employer they connected me with and have worked for some great people during my time with IntegrityPlus. Their policies are designed to make sure I’m always looked after, for example, while working for a local authority, I was informed that the employer did not provide me paid time off, but IntegrityPlus stepped in and paid that vacation time for me. All of this is built atop a foundation of excellent people within IntegrityPlus, who genuinely care about building meaningful relationships with their clients. I’d never consider signing with another agency simply because I do not believe I’d find the same quality of care with another organisation.
